- Coordinate the implementation, administration, and support of educational applications and instructional technology across the school.
- Provide functional and technical support to teachers, staff, and students to ensure effective use of digital learning platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to identify technology needs and develop practical system solutions.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, application configurations, and system access.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of student and academic data across multiple school systems.
- Analize system and user requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for system implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Support teachers in integrating technology into teaching, learning, assessment, and classroom activities.
- Conduct user training and develop documentation, guides, and standard procedures for educational applications.
- Support technology projects, system testing, data reconciliation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information System or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Adequate interpersonal communication, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Team-oriented attitude to assist other colleagues with technical problems.
- Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
- Experienced in variety of software, hardware, and applications.
- Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
- Preferable has experience in Schools System.
