PT Tekno Logika Utama was established in 2008. We sell software & hardware to the creative and content-creation industry.

A Gold Partner of Adobe, Autodesk and others, and we are recruiting new sales staff to grow with us.
We are currently looking for a sales supervisor/manager to be responsible for a sales department.

Responsibility

  • Planning, coordinating, monitoring daily activities sales person.

  • Recruiting, training, and guiding sales people.

  • Liaising with principals on sales plan, target and activities on weekly basis.

Skill & Qualifications

  • Active English speaking & writing is a must (interview will be conducted in English).

  • Having experiences in Sales Supervisor/Manager role min 2 years. Experiences in IT Business (Hardware or Software) will be preferable and advantageous.

  • Rational problem solving, creative, ability to motivate and coach sales people, detailed oriented

  • Strong leadership skill and ability to communicate clearly.
