Quality Control Manager

Job Description
Understand the rubber production process flow.
Understand ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management systems.
Possess quality management skills (complaint handling, laboratory methods, sampling systems, and product & material knowledge).
Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Prepare reports on quality and issues identified in production output.
Coordinate with the production team to innovate and improve production outcomes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Train production staff on product quality standards.

Requirement
S1 Technology / Chemical Engineering / Biology or relevant field
Min. 3 years in Managerial QC position (in the field of Rubber is preferred)
Experienced in managing laboratories & external audits
Know and understand the regulations and standards governing the Rubber industry
Experienced in carrying out Root Cause Analysis and its implementation
Strong technical background
Strong analytical & decision-making
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Microsoft windows systems.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Willing to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment
