IT Support Intern

Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of IT hardware, including laptops, PCs, monitors, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Perform basic hardware troubleshooting for laptops, PCs, printers, monitors, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals.
Assist with regular maintenance and inventory of IT equipment.
Maintain and update IT asset records, including serial numbers, device condition, location, and assigned users.
Assist with device deployment, replacement, and collection for employees.
Inspect faulty or damaged equipment and assist in determining whether the device requires repair or replacement.
Document troubleshooting processes, repairs, and resolutions.
Currently pursuing or a fresh graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in hardware and IT support.
Basic knowledge of computer components such as RAM, storage, motherboard, processor, PSU, and peripherals.
Basic understanding of laptop/PC troubleshooting and hardware installation.
Basic knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration.
Detail-oriented, organized, good communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with hands-on work, including inspecting, setting up, and moving IT equipment.
