Manage routine database backups, transaction logs, and recovery procedures.
Optimize application performance and support high-availability requirements.
Maintain source code through GitHub or GitLab and follow proper version-control practices.
Coordinate with Product, Project Management, Business Development, and other internal teams regarding technical requirements.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, deployment processes, and server configurations.
Support production releases, system updates, bug fixes, and infrastructure improvements.
Ensure developed solutions meet business, security, performance, and operational requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, Software Developer, or similar position.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React, Vue, or Angular.
Strong proficiency in back-end development using Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java.
Experienced in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Experienced with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Hands-on experience managing Ubuntu-based servers.
Experienced in configuring and optimizing Nginx or Apache.
Good understanding of server security, including SSH, UFW, SSL/TLS, access control, and security hardening.
Experienced in application deployment using Docker, Linux CLI, and version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.
Familiar with application monitoring, server logging, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
Able to troubleshoot application errors, server downtime, database issues, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, ownership, and technical communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal technical and business teams.
