Coordinate and oversee daily technical support activities to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. Support and guide technical support staff in executing troubleshooting and service tasks. Assist in maintaining support procedures, tools, and documentation for efficient operations. Monitor technical issues, record performance metrics, and report deviations for corrective action. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous service improvement.
